An exceptionally nice day for November 15th

 Monday November 15th 2021 - 

When the weather starts getting colder and winter settles in I slow down on the bike rides and start up with the morning walks. Because the weather reports show a cold front moving in I decided to extend my morning walk a bit and made it just over two hours and a little more than 6 miles (round trip) up in to the foothills above Mendon, The air was fresh and clear and the colors in the morning light were wonderful, just added to the morning solitude!

 Snowshoeing up Sink Hollow (Logan Canyon). 

Snowshoed 4.4 miles up at Sink Hollow. Total solitude, didn’t run into a single soul. Great for the mental health as well as the physical health; no cell service, no television, no Covid worries or News drama! Did the spirit good. Should have brought better food. The day was a little cool at about 20 degree F with mostly overcast skies and some snow flurries, really not bad for a January winter.
